Below is the typical order in which the whole process works.

• You ring us on 08000 11 22 44 to arrange a drop off date for the Mobile Storage Unit (MSU).

• Once our staff have explained the procedure and formalities, we will confirm the booking date.

• Additional "Top-up" Insurance and packaging material can be ordered prior to final payment via telephone.

• The MSU will be delivered to your premises, for you to start loading.

• Storage agreement and policy documents will be brought to you
for signing.

• You secure your unit with your own lock and keep the keys.

• We will collect the unit and transport it to our warehouse until further instructions from you to access or deliver your unit.

• Once your storage requirements comes to an end, you simply ring us with the address you would like the MSU delivered to.

• We will confirm the delivery date and time.

• Once delivered, you unload the unit and sign off the paper work.
